NTT DOCOMO Ventures Invests in SecureNavi Inc., a Provider of Digital Transformation Solutions for Cyber Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)

NTT DOCOMO Ventures, Inc. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO&CCO: Yuko Sasahara; hereinafter, “NDV”) is pleased to announce that, through a fund that it manages, it has invested in SecureNavi Inc. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Tomohiro Izaki, hereinafter, “SecureNavi”), a provider of digital transformation solutions for non-technical security, encompassing information security certifications and regulations, compliance with guidelines, development and operation of policies, and audits and reviews.

SecureNavi’s flagship service, “SecureNavi,” is a cloud service that automates and streamlines the entire process of acquiring, maintaining, and managing certifications such as the Information Security Management System (ISMS), which verifies the establishment of information security frameworks, and the Privacy Mark (P Mark), which verifies the appropriate handling of personal information. In this field, it was generally the case that support would be provided by human security consultants. However, with SecureNavi, company personnel are now able to obtain ISMS certification in as little as four months, thereby reducing the workload involved in subsequent manual operations. As of November 2025, SecureNavi has been adopted by over 1,200 companies, contributing to solving information security challenges for a wide range of businesses, from startups to large corporations.

Going forward, the company plans to enhance features such as its new cloud service for security risk assessment “Master of Second Line” and its AI service “SecureLight,” which automates and streamlines security checklist compliance.
