NTT DOCOMO Ventures, Inc. (Headquarters: Newark, Delaware, USA; CEO: Ari Nazir; hereinafter “Loops AI”), a startup providing an AI commerce platform that supports brands and retailers end to end, from product data structuring to AI search and AI-driven customer engagement.

Loops AI is a U.S.-based startup that provides an AI commerce platform that structures brand and retailer product catalog data into a form AI can understand and utilize, building it into a knowledge graph (graph database) for each brand. On the foundation of this knowledge graph, Loops AI delivers capabilities such as natural-language product search, virtual try-on, and conversational AI-powered customer service across customer touchpoints including e-commerce sites and social channels. Its products are modular in design and can be deployed individually or in combination, depending on each company’s needs. Through this combination of a product data foundation and AI commerce capabilities, Loops AI has already been adopted by many companies, particularly global brands.
